Syphonic Drainage: Fullflow
Fullflow designed, manufactured and installed a syphonic system at Excel, the international exhibition and conference centre situated at Royal Victoria Dock, London. The BBA approved syphonic system removes rainwater from the 65,000m2 roof using only 136 aluminium PVC coated outlets and 21 downpipes. The system was designed with optimum rainfall intensity 150mm per hour.
Excel is home to a vast range of events, from internationally exhibitions to sporting events, as well as product launches, conferences and corporate hospitality functions. The Excel site features six hotels and numerous restaurants and cafés.
Other completed mixed development projects include The college of Ripon & York St John, Gloucester Leisure Centre and Brewery Wharf, Leeds.
