Fullflow has worked on four buildings on the Jubilee Line Extension project. Installing syphonic drainage systems on the office and amenities building, workshop and stores, the traction substation and the main distribution train shed.

The shallow curved roof has a surface area of 18,720 m². The radius of the curve provides adequate run-off for surface water to be collected in the eaves gutters, each 180 m long. Only four downpipes are then used to drain the roof with an area of 4.5 acres which, in comparison to a conventional gravity system would have required a minimum of 18 – 20 downpipes and attendant underground system.
