The renovated Albert Memorial in London was restored blending age-old skills with a thoroughly modern approach to rainwater management. The Victorian rainwater and gutter system had completely decayed. However the Architects recognised that only a syphonic rainwater system could provide the flexibility to follow the existing routes and contours of the structure. They turned for assistance to Fullflow.
The complex rainwater and gutter system was designed using the unique Primacalc software and manufactured at the Fullflow factory in Sheffield. The whole system was subsequently installed around the granite columns and through the existing holes in the sandstone capitols.
