LG Electronics, Newport
The LG Electronics development at Newport demonstrates the full range of Fullflow’s expertise. Over a period of 6 years Fullflow has worked on five buildings for a variety of contractors on this Newport site. Meeting the individual needs of the Client in each instance has seen Fullflow install syphonic roof drainage systems and gravity roof drainage systems. In some instances Fullflow was also involved in the installation of HDPE underground pipework.
The Fullflow system removes rainwater from the 14,790 m² roof area using 50 outlets to just 16 downpipes. This means that at its design rainfall intensity of 150 mm/hr the system is capable of discharging at a rate of a maximum 616 litres per second.
