Bouygues Construction, through its property development subsidiary Cirmad has signed an off-plan contract of 80 millions euros to build a logistics platform for Renault. It will be used to store and supply the car maker’s spare parts and accessories. Situated in Villeroy, to the south-east of Paris, the platform includes four buildings with a total surface area of 156,000 sq m. The works are carried out by regional subsidiaries Quille and DV Construction, for a delivery in several phases until spring 2007.
