Extract from Moniteur magazine N° 5255 dated 13/08/2004: ARRAS – the first phase of French Magna park has been achieved on time last July … The tight schedule was fulfilled thanks to the use of G.Track innovating concept of construction. Other key technical features : … the use of an innovating British process for the rainwater drainage (Fullflow). This system, operating under negative pressure unlike conventional gravity systems, allows to minimise the quantity of piping to install and, above all, to discharge the rainwater outside the building with no need of internal underground pipeworks. Benefits : simplification of installation and reduction of obstacles on site generated by the coactivity.
