Fullflow has successfully completed a number of projects for Ford Motor Company. The largest of which is the extension to the engine factory at Chihuahua, Mexico. Later the project was expanded by further development creating an overall 32,000 m² of new roof area. The rainwater is removed from the roof by 215 number 75mm diameter PVC outlets, which drain into just 13 downpipes.

The time planning involved in this project demonstrated the management expertise that Fullflow can offer. From design to shipping of the prefabricated modules, all stages were closely monitored to ensure the milestones were met. The pipework was first prefabricated in Sheffield and then shipped over in four separate consignments. A five-week shipping period also had to be taken into account. With all international projects, Fullflow seeks to maximise local participation and involvement by identifying and training suitable contractors. In this case Fullflow formed a relationship with Instalaciones Tep who, under project management form Fullflow, successfully undertook the installation works.
