Roof drainage specialists Fullflow have won the contract to design, manufacture and install a combined syphonic and gravity system on Milton Keynes new Academy. The £27.16 million project will replace Sir Frank Markham Community School and will transform education in the area.
Fullflow will drain a roof area totalling 5518 m² using 8 main syphonic downpipes and 4 gravity spitters using HPDE pipework material and PVC coated aluminium outlets.
Building work started on the academy early in 2008 and the project will be completed in September 2009 in time for the new start of term.
